1 - There is no refund in our products. if the silkscreen image is not right as was given to us, we will replace it with the right image that you have given us. 

2- If the merchandise is damaged by shipping, then they have to make a claim by either USPS or UPS or Fedex. 

3- To cancel an order has to be up to 12 hours from placing the orders. Once the order is placed and it's not cancel on the 12th hours WE CAN'T CANCEL it.

4- To cancel the order up to 12 hours has to be by email to info@holdensscreen.com
